It has been a pretty good day with no IVs. Ann got showered and dressed this morning and looked fairly normal. I think we inspired Leslie because she got showered and dressed and started looking normal too.
Leslie and her daughters came by this afternoon and invited us to join them in the lounge. Before she could go, I made Ann eat some of her lunch tray and she ate a meaningful amount of food for the first time. So I credited Leslie with inspiring Ann to eat finally. We took this picture of both ladies together.
Leslie and Ann are both now dressed and do not look like patients anymore.
So good to see them both up and moving!
